Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week

This role’s primary focus is providing apprenticeship recruitment vacancy service, working with a caseload of apprenticeship applicants and employers to ensure fulfilment and matching of apprenticeship vacancies.

The post holder will be required to use their knowledge to identify the most appropriate employability pathway for the candidate and to follow this through including registering them on programme and managing progression through to a successful Apprenticeship.

Other key duties will involve arranging interviews with candidates as per employer request, inputting adverts onto our online systems, liaising with learners seeking apprenticeship opportunities via telephone, email and face to face, retrieving and processing confidential right to work documents for all candidates prior to starting an apprenticeship, undertaking initial assessments on all candidates prior to job offer. To conduct interviews and pre-screening activity with prospective Apprentices in advance of attendance at Assessment Centres to determine their suitability for employment and make subsequent decisions on appropriate next steps for individuals
