An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Campus Services Manager to join our team at the College. You will be integral in developing and managing campus services including service quality, estates compliance, and operational efficiency to ensure that the estate is used appropriately to support its primary purpose as places of teaching and learning, work, research and study.

You will also be responsible for developing income from the letting of spaces with the City Hub including working in collaboration with Marketing and curriculum to promote the availability of the City Hub as a venue.

We are looking for someone with a degree level qualification in facilities / estates management and or significant relevant management experience in the same sector coupled with experience of managing safeguarding processes and procedures.

Experience and knowledge of Health and safety compliance, CCTV Codes of Practice, Data Protection Act and British Standards: Static site Guarding and Mobile Patrol Services is also essential.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must as you will be responsible for day-to-day liaison with other facilities teams (catering and cleaning), health and safety, IT services, Reception, student services and central Estates role holders to ensure the smooth running of operations within the City Hub. You will also liaise with, and be the point of contact with Nottingham City Council regarding the adjacent Public Realm areas and the other surrounding public property.

In addition to this, we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of successfully leading and managing a facilities operations team

You will act as a member of the College’s Emergency Management Team at Silver level taking an operational role on security arrangements associated with the College’s incident handling plans and emergency planning procedures.

You will also be part of an out of hours’ rota working evenings and/or weekends and out of hours as required including responding to emergency situations.
