Caretaker

We are looking for a capable and dependable Caretaker to join our team at the college. We are proud of our facilities at the College and you will be joining a team that is committed to providing and maintaining a first class environment for our staff and students.

In this role you will be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the site. You will prepare rooms to a satisfactory standard, including the moving of furniture and general porter duties. You will be responsible for the routine supervision and maintenance of the College car parks and designated college areas.

Applicants will have experience of working within a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will carry out a range of duties across the site including ensuring the site is kept in clean, tidy and safe. This is a physical role and you will be in good health with a genuine commitment to the highest standards.
