Group Marketing Manager

£38,593 per annum

Based at Epping Forest campus, but cross campus travel will be required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, creative manager to lead the marketing and schools’ liaison team across our campuses. Retaining responsibility for our Epping Forest campus, you will direct marketing, promotional, communications and student recruitment strategies to meet the changing needs of the New City College group. This includes line management and owning the direction of the College’s digital presence and website – so experience and understanding of digital developments is essential.

You will have experience of working at a similar level and demonstrable skills in motivating, inspiring a leading a team, with a clear focus to produce high quality and creative work that achieve ambitious growth targets. You must also be reliable and able to work on your own initiative and manage a multi-task workload of projects. You will need to ensure you build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders across campuses at the group level.

You should be willing to travel and will be required to lead the marketing team with internal and external events and have a flexible approach to working hours.
