Apprenticeship Manager

Owing to increased demand in our apprenticeships we are looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Manager to join us on a permanent basis to manage all aspects of Plumpton College’s apprenticeship offer, ensuring excellent outcomes for apprentices and employers. Liaising with teaching and support teams across the College the postholder will manage and monitor the progress of all apprentices from recruitment through the final completion, ensuring funding compliance and monitoring and maintaining the delivery of outstanding timely achievement rates and progression opportunities for our apprenticeship students.

A highly organised administration manager, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong people management skills as well as the ability to refine and implement robust processes to ensure compliance. A self-starter, this individual will be proactive, positive and solutions-focused. With excellent communications skills they will be confident and able to build effective internal and external working relationships. Knowledge and understanding of apprenticeships would be advantageous, as would an understanding of funding in the Education sector,
