The Higher Education team at Loughborough College enjoys TEF Gold status, with high levels of student satisfaction and an excellent track record in achieving positive outcomes for our students. The College has grown its offsite provision significantly and is now working across the country to deliver engaging programmes with a number of strategic partners. This growth has led to an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and self-driven individual, who is an experienced leader, to manage the offsite provision at degree level. There is an expectation that this person will make a significant contribution to the operational priorities of the College and its aim to provide outstanding quality and responsiveness in teaching, learning, assessment and will work with colleagues to ensure the very best curriculum design and delivery. The successful candidate will quality assure the provision across a number of UK based sites and will drive recruitment and retention by closely supporting our partners. You will also help to build and manage a team of staff to assist in the success of this provision as you help to grow it.

To be considered for this management position you must be able to demonstrate your drive and ambition to achieve success, have significant experience of working with a range of external partners to achieve positive outcomes, a good knowledge of Higher Education within a College educational environment and experience of supporting recruitment and growth. You will also be able to demonstrate significant experience of quality assurance activities in higher education and an ability to work independently and often remotely.
