We are looking to recruit an experienced senior administrator to coordinate an exciting project supporting young people to improve their opportunities. This project will support our students to catch up with any lost learning due to the Pandemic helping them to take their next steps in education and training.

Contract: Full time fixed term to July 2021
Location: Basford, City locations, Highfields, High Pavement.

Are you experienced in the administration and coordination of time sensitive projects?

The successful candidates will have experience in:

  • Leading and coordinating administrative functions, including monitoring and tracking progress within a project
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Working with management and other colleagues to support the generation of accurate and timely information
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other teams to oversee quality processes to ensure timely completion and maintain consistent standards across a project.
