JOB LOCATION

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic small group (1 to 5) Maths and English tutors to work with a range of students with individual needs across all our sites, building their skills and confidence in Maths, English and Study Skills. This project is to support our students to catch up with any lost learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic, helping them to take their next steps in education and training.

Location: Basford, City locations, Highfields, High Pavement.

Are you passionate about maths or English and enjoy helping young people achieve their personal best?

Candidates that wish to apply will as part of the role will:

  • Plan, prepare, deliver, recap and revision curriculum content to an excellent standard
  • Deliver accessible and inspirational learning adapted to the individual needs of students
  • Plan individual learning plans based
  • Ensure that student progress is tracked and monitored including the use of individual targets and interventions
  • Adhere to the Internal Quality Assurance processes where required
  • Ensure that Nottingham College policies are adhered to including safeguarding and equality and diversity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that students have an excellent experience within the college
