You will be experienced and highly skilled in a quality management role. You will have demonstrable leadership skills and enjoy the prospect of shaping the work of your team, as well as raising standards across the FE colleges in the group. You’re probably someone who is extremely organised and thrives on taking a systemic and innovative approach to achieving positive outcomes for stakeholders, colleagues, students and the organisation.
