An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the IT Services team at B&FC as an IT Infrastructure Technical Lead. This role is hands-on, and will involve supervising the workflow of a team of third-line engineers responsible for the entire IT infrastructure provision at B&FC. Day-to-day, this will involve handling incidents and problems in a fast-paced environment, along with ensuring that planned changes and project work is completed on time.
B&FC are looking for an individual who is creative and willing to challenge the status quo. Previous experience across a range of technologies is essential, and any exposure to IaaS/PaaS cloud offerings would be advantageous. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some leading technologies including Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, VMware, NetApp and Cisco.
