Advanced Technical Training Specialist (Construction Plant)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage and deliver outstanding theory and practical training and vocational assessment to over 250 Construction Plant Apprentices and full time students in all aspects of Plant Maintenance and heavy equipment systems, diagnostics and repairs.

You will have an expert knowledge of Modern Plant Equipment with a sound background conducting diagnostics and repairs and be able to transfer that knowledge and skills to Plant Apprentices from across the UK.

You will be responsible for delivering theory and practical training within the Plant Academy Training facility and Apprentice competency assessment at the employers premise.

You will be expected to travel nationwide to conduct vocational assessments at employer's premises.
