Hartpury is a leading land-based and sports residential University and College graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in May 2018 and rated TEF Gold in 2017.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a brand new venture, the 'Tech to Plate' project, which will develop forward thinking and innovation in students, established farmers and new entrants.

You will pay a pivotal role in leading the development of industry collaborations and implementation of the Hartpury Agri-Tech Centre, utilising the latest smart farming techniques to improve livestock and farm productivity, and help to yield higher quality products for consumers.

You will ideally possess an appropriate related degree, a teaching qualification/training delivery expertise, and previous line management experience, although applications from ambitious technical experts looking for their first management role are encouraged.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We will ensure that all our recruitment and selection practices reflect this commitment. All successful candidates will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service checks along with other relevant employment checks.

Hartpury values a diverse workforce and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
