Be a part of our multi-campus LibraryPlus team by providing a customer-focused technology loan and stock control service.
As part of the LibraryPlus team, you will be working collaboratively with front-line LibraryPlus Learning Advisors in cataloguing technology resources and offering basic guidance on the use of loanable technology resources available from the library.
You will be working on our busy technology resource desks based within our LibraryPlus facilities, handling the majority of loans for digital devices, preparing pre-booked class sets of laptops, tablets, and other technology resources, and ensuring that devices are accurately processed for issue and return.
In addition, as post-holder, you will be providing a reliable technology loan service, which will require organised stock control and communication with IT services, particularly when devices require repair or maintenance.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to work well under high customer demand and be efficient in following processes and procedures.
