Sessional Lecturers, BA(Hons) Digital Film Production

Digital Film Production at Ravensbourne focuses on developing technically capably filmmakers with the skills and knowledge to seamlessly segue from higher education to the film industry. We have redesigned the course to offer the students several pathways that allow them to specialise within the Digital Film umbrella – Cinematography, Film Craft, Producing/Production Management, Production Design, and Writing/Directing.

In order to cater for this, we are looking for a number of sessional lecturers to help bring a diversity of skills experience to the teaching team. The role includes conducting tutorials, delivering lectures, assessment, and contributing to course content. The role is casual, with hours to be discussed on appointment.

The successful candidates will have experience within one (or more) of the areas of film listed below, and wishing to take on additional work in higher education. Candidates will ideally have previous teaching experience although this is not essential.
