An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprenticeships Quality and Compliance Manager within the College Employer Services Department. This key role within the Employer Services Faculty is crucial to Nescot’s objective to be an outstanding provider of Apprenticeships. The successful candidate will be expert, knowledgeable, experienced and skilled in apprenticeships and related funding and quality considerations. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills, be able to deliver difficult messages and determine and enact effective interventions to achieve the highest standards.
The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational and administrative skills and be familiar and confident in the use of data analysis software.
