We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative tutorial and attendance leader to delivery of specific tutorial themes and to work with curriculum teams to maximise retention, achievement, success and attendance rates for identified cohorts of students within the department. The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner, supporting all learners to achieve at the highest level possible and seeking continuous improvement. You will be passionate about working with young people and have the ability and desire to enthuse others.
The successful candidate will work well as part of a team and may also play a part in wider provision, in terms of pastoral responsibility.
