High Performance Advisor

Could you help accelerate improvements in teaching, learning and assessment using your teaching experience to support and inspire our curriculum teams? Are you innovative and passionate about developing and delivering outstanding practice in an educational environment?

Working in a multi-campus, cross-college team, our advisors work closely with teachers, managers and leaders to identify where improvements can be secured and then to plan and deliver those improvements collaboratively.

We’re looking for a highly experienced teacher, who is enthusiastic about the learning experience and quality of education; who can recognise the difference between good and outstanding teaching, learning and assessment in both FE and HE and can facilitate a change in performance.

In addition, you should also demonstrate:

  • A strong track record of delivering continuing professional development to teachers which has resulted in quality improvement in learning
  • A working knowledge of the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework
  • Leading edge pedagogical practices, including the use of digital learning to engage learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

See what we have to offer and come join us. You won’t be disappointed.
