As a Customer Services Assistant, you will be providing a responsive reception service, ensuring an exemplary standard that exceeds customer expectations and maintains the College's 'Outstanding' reputation. In addition, you will be assisting switchboard services to ensure the achievement of a minimum 95% answer rate standard.

We have two Customer Service Assistant vacancies available:

1. Customer Service Assistant - Telephony (Afternoons).
2. Customer Service Assistant - Front of House (Afternoons).

The afternoon working pattern will be Monday to Thursday, 12:30 - 17:30; Friday, 12:00 - 17:00; all year round.

• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and a commitment to the delivery of a wholly customer-focused service.
