Sports Facilities Supervisor

We are looking to appoint a confident, customer focused individual to join our team to efficiently and effectively supervise the College’s Sport facilities. As part of this role you will maintain safe working practices and conditions to ensure facilities are used in an appropriate manner. You will oversee students working at the centre, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays and undertake basic client inductions within the fitness suite. You will support the Sports Facilities Manager in the marketing of the business to maximise commercial revenues and occupancy of the facilities.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar environment and hold an appropriate sports/fitness based qualification. With excellent verbal and written communications skills you will be confident to deal with a wide range of people and be able to demonstrate business acumen. You will be a competent user of IT and be committed to the development of young people in a College environment.
