Bid and Projects Support Officer

Nottingham College is one of the largest further education colleges in the country and a major national apprenticeship provider. The College was formed through the merger of New College Nottingham and Central College Nottingham, to deliver the transformational change required to create the strongest possible outcomes for students, employers and communities - now and in the future.

Education funding is increasingly subject to competitive bidding. This has led to the decision to expand this function within the college and create an exciting opportunity to develop in a bid and projects focused role. The role will support the Bid and Planning Manager in developing competitive bids and tenders, along with providing high-quality administrative and monitoring support to live projects running across the college. The successful applicant will be supported to develop as a bid writer and will be expected to demonstrate the commitment and enthusiasm to pursue this as a career choice.

The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification. Please ensure that you have a look at this specification attached to the Role Profile and complete your application directly from this, as these specifications are an integral part of the selection process. The Role Profile can be viewed below.
