Deputy Principal

Suffolk New College has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Postholder to join the Executive Team as Deputy Principal with a focus on the development of the curriculum and quality. 

In October 2017, the College was rated Good by Ofsted across all areas and we would like someone to lead the team as we continue on our journey to deliver an ‘Exceptional Student Experience’.  There are some exciting projects that the College is undertaking, which involve expanding and developing new curriculum both HE and FE.  The College is keen to expand provision to engage with students of all ages and to have a commercial offer for employers.  The College has a strong financial track record and is ambitious for the future, whilst operating in a challenging sector, and therefore business acumen is essential.

You will need to demonstrate a strong track record of driving quality and leading curriculum developments and apprenticeships.  We have an excellent foundation including a modern campus, but we would welcome new ideas to continue our drive for improvement and growth.
