Due to recent development opportunities the College is pleased to offer the following Senior Management position to join our award winning team.

Fareham College offers state of the art facilities comprising workshops, teaching classrooms, learning resource centres, restaurants, a theatre, a hair & beauty salon and associated facilities. We operate over a number of sites which are either purpose built or significantly updated and refurbished following an investment of £34m. In November 2017, the College received an ‘Outstanding’ judgement in its latest Ofsted inspection, making it one of only three colleges in the country to have converted to the highest grade in more than two years. Our success is supported by a team of over 300 academic and business support staff. The role:

Fareham college is looking for a strategic and inspirational leader to drive transformational growth in apprenticeship, higher education and adult education income streams.

You will have a proven track record in the post-16 education sector with particular experience working with apprenticeships, traineeships, higher education, adults, Advanced Learner Loans, commercial and contracting activity, sub-contracting and work experience.

Fareham College works with a number of high profile employer partners and is continuously seeking new partnership opportunities. You will have substantial experience of successfully developing strategies for continuous development of effective business partnerships.

This post is critical to the strategic development of the business of Fareham College; to be successful you will bring experience of identifying business opportunities and bringing them to market.

You will need to work closely with other senior managers to ensure successful delivery of your business development initiatives. Being a good team player is essential.

You will be a good negotiator, articulate presenter, entrepreneurial and an outstanding ambassador for the college in all external forums.
