Due to recent development opportunities the College is pleased to offer the following Senior Management positions to join our award winning team.
Fareham College offers state of the art facilities comprising workshops, teaching classrooms, learning resource centres, restaurants, a theatre, a hair & beauty salon and associated facilities. We operate over a number of sites which are either purpose built or significantly updated and refurbished following an investment of £34m. In November 2017, the College received an ‘Outstanding’ judgement in its latest Ofsted inspection, making it one of only three colleges in the country to have converted to the highest grade in more than two years. The role:
Fareham College is looking for a strategic and inspirational leader to manage all aspects of student support, recruitment and quality improvement.
This post is critical to the business of Fareham College to ensure we attract, recruit and support all our students during their education and training with the College. The post holder will be the college’s Designated Safeguarding Lead and must be passionate about ensuring the safeguarding and well-being of all our students.
Your proven success and experience in post-16 education will enable you to lead on the College’s teaching and quality strategies to ensure Fareham College remains an outstanding provider of Further Education.
You will have proven experience of successfully managing student services in an FE environment.
You will be knowledgeable in safeguarding, a confident presenter, entrepreneurial and an outstanding ambassador for Fareham College.
