We are looking for a self-motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills to IV our VTCT Personal Training courses. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and experience of the VTCT qualification would be advantageous.
This role will require the successful applicant to undertaking regular visits to assessors in the workplace observing the assessment process and the quality of the learner experience. Providing assessors with up-to-date guidance and support ensuring portfolios meet EV standards. Working to awarding body framework, ensuring standards are met.
You will have an Assessor Award qualification and an internal verifier award, along with relevant occupational experience and competence in personal training. You will have previous experience of working within the leisure industry. Experience of assessing and delivering NVQ and apprenticeship programmes is essential along with strong communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative and manage your own workload.
