We are currently recruiting for a Retention and Progression Tutor to join our friendly and professional team.
The main purpose of the role is to monitor attendance, punctuality and data on student progress towards attainment. Each Retention and Progression Tutor will be assigned a case load of students to support.
The successful candidate will educated to Level 3 and have sound knowledge of the post-16 progression routes. This role requires excellent communication skills and confidence in giving group presentations.
