Employability Support Advisor

Boston College is looking to recruit a full time Employability Support Advisor to join the Employability Support Team working to support unemployed young people and adults back into employment.

The main duties include offering 1:1 careers guidance and group sessions, working with local Job Centres and other external providers, interviewing and promoting our courses and supporting the unemployed back into employment. The role will also include working with the local community and employers to help recruit potential staff and offer a new way of recruitment and growth for employers via Traineeships.

Ideally applicants will be qualified to Level 3 or above in Advice and Guidance and have experience with working with the unemployed. A willingness to develop skills is essential. The successful candidate must have access to a car and hold a full driving licence, as working in various locations across Boston, Spalding and surrounding areas is essential to this role.
