We at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College, recently graded "Good" by OFSTED are looking for a Data and Funding Officer to join the college in delivering an excellent service.  If you are as committed, driven and enthusiastic as we are to ensure an outstanding experience for the learners we serve we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will assist in all areas of CIS in order to gain and maintain knowledge and insight on processes and procedures throughout the learner journey and will contribute to continuous personal and departmental development.

The Role

You will implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of learner record data and ensure the data is held in compliance with ILR and audit requirements.

Take a proactive approach in assisting the CIS Manager in managing the learner records data so that accurate and timely funding returns are produced ensuring the College maximises it’s funding and for accurate and complete statistical performance reporting purposes.

The Person

As well as being an experienced, confident and accomplished administrator you will have all the IT, team working and numeracy and literacy skills required to deliver the role. In addition you will also have:

  • Experience of working with data within an educational environment
  • Strong data management and administrative skills with an understanding of what is meant by complete and timely data.
  • The ability to take a proactive approach to the accuracy of data by identifying errors and following through to resolution data related issues.
  • Accurate data input and strong ICT skills. Essential
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Tenure: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £24,083 - £25,997
