What we can offer you
This challenging role is tasked with driving forward curriculum performance, ensuring effective partnership working with faculty and support teams. The successful candidate will be key in the development of driving quality and change in the curriculum to meet regional demands, through measuring performance and driving innovative practice in the learning and teaching environment. Managing data compliance with key stakeholders such as SQA, SFC is equally critical. You will also be part of the college’s senior management team and share the responsibility of shaping the college during a significant period of change.

What you can offer us
Qualified to degree level together with a relevant professional qualification, you will be able to demonstrate success in a senior curriculum and/or quality role, and have experience of developing management information systems. You should also have experience of leading projects and influencing others to bring innovative approaches to the development and delivery of the curriculum.
You’ll be an exceptional leader with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse multidisciplinary team to deliver and achieve the highest levels of quality, performance and enhancement in terms of our teaching and learning practise.
