An exciting opportunity has arisen for a multi skilled Maintenance Technician within our Estates and Facilities Department.
In this varied role you will be a part qualified plumber with relevant trade experience and will provide plumbing maintenance across the college, repair and carry out planned preventative maintenance work In addition to this you will provide general technical and craft services to assist in the maintenance of the College estate.
It is essential that you have experience of working in the plumbing trade as well as undertaking general maintenance tasks.
The role also requires have good IT skills.
An excellent communicator with sound customer service skills, you will liaise with colleagues and students on a daily basis.
A team player you will be proactive and flexible, whilst using your initiative in planning your workload.
You will need to be available to be called out in emergencies and hold a full clean driving licence to attend them.
