We have a great opportunity at HMPYOI Rochester to join the education team as a Senior Team Leader on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

The purpose of this role is to teach and to provide supervision of a range of curriculum delivery teams, ensuring that all budget, quality and operational targets are achieved. The successful candidate will proactively engage in curriculum development and annual curriculum review processes to ensure the curriculum offer is fit for purpose.

To do this successfully you'll need:

• A teaching qualification at Level 5 and a relevant subject specialism Level 5 qualification
• Have knowledge of curriculum development and a track record of effective teaching or training experience in subject specialism
• Have experience of leading an effective, high performing team
