We have an exciting opportunity due to the expansion of the Business and Management (HE) and Professional team to deliver and develop education and training to a range of students wishing to develop knowledge, understanding and transferable skills relating to the sector. You will contribute to the curriculum planning and activity for the related programmes to include a variety of additional short courses to ensure innovative, quality provision.

The HE team deliver programmes in collaboration with Birmingham City University and the University of Derby. 

You will deliver and assess a variety of applied theoretical modules on the FdA Business Management and BA (Hons) Top up courses in line with QAA, HEI and college requirements. You will also be expected to contribute to the delivery of professional courses and higher apprenticeships including CIPS, CIPD, CMI and CIM.

You will be required to provide a supportive and professional environment that will aid the development of individual and groups of students. You will be expected to be organised with excellent time management and administrative skills. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and show a flexible and professional attitude.  

You will be educated to post graduate level and possess a relevant teaching qualification and have experience of teaching at levels 4, 5 and 6.

You will be a role model for college students and will work to professional standards.

This is an exciting and challenging role that would suit an individual who is flexible in their approach, highly motivated and passionate about the sector and learning. You will be expected to work flexibly including evening delivery and interviewing.
