14.8 hours per week/ 38 weeks per year

Working within the music team you will be responsible for facilitating teaching support to enable effective delivery of the curriculum.

You will be expected to provide day-to-day co-ordination of workshop / studio resource usage and related learning activities by working with the team of staff to ensure effective support is provided to both staff and students.

You will need to possess strong technical skills and a current knowledge of industry developments within music including performance, technology and recording

You will also be responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining resources within the music areas and will take an active part in the development of curriculum delivery through the annual business planning process. 

We are looking for someone who has a Level 4 (or above) qualification / relevant industrial experience within a music context.

You must also have experience and knowledge of resolving health and safety issues within live sound and recording studio contexts and also have experience of supporting learners in a classroom, rehearsal and recording studio environment using industry standard hardware and software.
