Reaseheath College's state-of-the-art Animal Centre and Zoo have won national recognition for excellence - as have our courses that deliver the very best animal management education. Following a GBP 4 million upgrade of our Animal Centre, we boast an exceptional range of world-class facilities, as well as a team of teaching staff who are genuinely passionate about supporting every student to reach their full potential.
We are currently looking to appoint an instructor to deliver practical and husbandry related subjects to predominantly Further Education learners although this may be supplemented with delivery to schools groups, and Higher Education learners.
We are looking for an exceptional, well organised individual to deliver across a range of courses within the animal management area. You will also implement quality assurance processes and develop new curriculum content that keeps us at the forefront of this evolving arena.
The ideal candidate should hold a formal qualification in a subject related to animal management. Good team working and communication skills are key attributes within this dynamic team. A teaching qualification is not essential, although desirable, as training will be offered in post.
