Customer Service Administration Assistant
Based at Stratford-upon-Avon College, we are seeking a Customer Service Administration Assistant to provide a welcoming environment for customers and to deliver accurate and up to date information on relevant functions within Student Services.
Providing day to day support to Reception, and with a requirement to assist with open events and enrolment evenings as necessary, the successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, with proven customer service experience and a flexible approach to work.
In addition, applicants should have experience of working within an administrative role, be qualified to Level 2 or equivalent and have good IT skills. Experience of working within Further Education would be advantageous.
