This is an exciting time for Hartpury, as from September 2018 we became both a university and a college on a single campus; an amazing achievement in the history of our institution. As a land based residential institution renowned for excellence in sport, equine and land based studies, we aim to provide a unique high quality experience in a focused and supportive environment, challenging our learners in the pursuit of excellence.

An opportunity has arisen for an organised individual to work within the Information Systems team. To lead on the development and implementation of robust controls and procedures, with the purpose of ensuring compliance with audit requirements and contract requirements of funding agencies as well as internal policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a very good working knowledge of the Funding Rules and Regulations that apply to 16-18 year olds, Adults, Apprenticeships and Higher Education learners. Alongside knowledge of these regulations, the post holder will be familiar with ILR specifications and operation including the use of related software such as FIS and PDSATs.

Good communication skills are essential as is the ability work to deadlines, solve complex problems, maintain high levels of accuracy and have a customer focused approach to colleagues throughout the organisation.

The Data Compliance Analyst will also work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Information Systems in managing the process of External Funding Audit, therefore, experience in this area of work is highly desirable.
