This role would suit a graduate and is a fantastic opportunity to really enhance your career in Facilities and Estates Management.
You will be required to support the delivery of facility management services at the College, develop and implement the College’s sustainability agenda, develop an energy management plan, prepare and submit statistical returns as well as assisting in contract procurement and management, therefore previous experience in these areas are essential.
The varied duties for this role involve tracking Health, Safety and Security requirements along with estates management.
We are looking for someone who can make a significant contribution to the department; you will be qualified to degree level in Estates and Facilities Management (or similar), along with knowledge of Carbon accounting.
Operational budget management experience is an advantage along with some evidence of implementing successful cost saving or value optimisation initiatives.
