Role Purpose:

Course Leaders are responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality learning and teaching in modules and programmes within their area of responsibility ensuring high levels of student performance, progression and retention.

Course Leaders will play an active and leading role in student recruitment for their area. Positive and productive relationship building with external partners such as colleges, employers, professional bodies and external examiners will also be important.

You should possess excellent IT and communication skills, and the ability to work to deadlines is essential for this post.

You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week and this may include evenings and Saturdays and also help with Outreach activities and Open Days.
