DART Training Manager

DART Ltd is an independent training provider for the land-based sector that operates within the Reaseheath College Group. We offer apprenticeships, traineeships, study programmes, school programmes and NPTC short courses. Based in Shardlow, Derbyshire, our provision extends to Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, South Yorkshire and parts of the West Midlands.  We are an Ofsted Grade 2 provider offering opportunities within Agriculture, Animal Care, Horticulture, Trees and Timber, and Veterinary Nursing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to lead DART Ltd in partnership with Reaseheath College; this is a senior role within the Group and offers a significant opportunity for the right person. You will have overall responsibility for the development, delivery, growth and quality of all DART provision.

The Group welcomes applications from exceptional candidates who can demonstrate the ability to lead staff, learners and employers to deliver excellent outcomes whilst building strong strategic partnerships and networks. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled communicator and have an outstanding ability to lead and manage, with a proven track record in delivering apprenticeships and foundation programme provision. Experience of managing all aspects of a small business is desirable.
