An exciting opportunity is now available to join a team of professionals within a progressive educational institution, dedicated to facilitating independent learning for students with additional learning needs.
These new positions offer an opportunity to gain experience working within a team focused on assisting students overcome barriers to their learning, through the use of specialist strategies and interventions.
During your time, you will have opportunities to gain training and personal development related to both learning and specialist SEN support. Progression opportunities include routes into teaching, as well as, specialist and managerial roles with this area.
Ideal candidates will have an interest in working with young people who struggle with Social, Emotional and Mental Health or Behaviour or SEN, along with experience and/or qualifications related to supporting young people and adults in a caring/educational setting; however, we will consider those who also are looking to start a career in this area.
