Level 2 Assessor - Social Media (0.5 FTE)

Blackburn College is passionate about innovative teaching and learning practice and committed to growing and developing our apprenticeship provision.

As a vital member of our Creative and Digital team you will be responsible for a case load of learners. You will liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, deliver high quality training and support and monitor them through all aspects of their apprenticeship/learner journey to ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship framework or standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified digital marketing/social media assessor to join our expanding team. With a relevant academic or industry related qualification and occupational competence and experience within the sector, you will have the enthusiasm to communicate a real passion for your subject. What’s more, you’ll be a highly self-motivated and organised individual with the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets. An assessing qualification and a teaching qualification to intermediate level, or willingness to work towards one, is essential.
