Faculty Manager

In this role you will you will play a key part in our transformation, working alongside our teaching staff your coaching sessions will focusing on developing our learners emotions and motivations which are the key to helping them succeed.

We are looking for a faculty manager for our lifeskills department. Lifeskills are responsible for providing learning support to our students, ensuring they are in a safe and comfortable learning environment, to achieve the best possible outcome from their college experience. 

You will be driven by a desire to inspire our learning professionals and learners to be the best they can possibly be, aim high, earn respect and make it happen. You will be highly motivated, brave and curious and have the ability to develop students within the our lifeskills faculty. You will be able to evidence your own personal development and how this can be utilised to influence others.

The successful candidate will lead a faculty team with a sharp focus on staff development and team performance with an ultimate goal to create an outstanding learning experience for our students. 

This is a key full time role based at our Banbury Campus. We are seeking an exceptional candidate who understands Further education. You will have an understanding of what makes outstanding teaching and learning and proven management/ leadership experience.
