HR Business Partner - School of Media

We have a vacancy within our newly created HR&OD Department for a HR Business Partner working closely with the team and key stakeholders in various departments, including School of Media, IT, Registry, Facilities etc. 

The role is initially for a fixed term period, to implement a true HR Business Partnership model. You will have worked within a similar role within higher education and have a determination to help change the delivery of HR to Ravensbourne University London. The successful candidate needs to support key aspects of the HR&OD function, including policy development, strategic alignment of HR business with business partners and developing operational plans with the partners, including restructure, workforce planning, data analysis etc.
