Term Time Only (40 working weeks per year).

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative member of staff to lead, coordinate, timetable and line manage a cohort of Learning Support Workers.

Working closely as a team with the Head of Learning Support, 14 – 16 Manager, Education Support Manager and curriculum areas you will ensure that the learning support provision is delivered to the highest standard, meeting the needs of the learners consistently and equitably, in line with College Strategic Priorities and the 2014 SEND reforms. 

You will need to have experience of working with a wide range of learners, of different ages and who may be difficult to engage. Learners may have barriers to learning, including physical disabilities. You will also need to have an understanding of the SEND reforms and working knowledge of Education Health and Care Plans and knowledge of assessing support needs and annual reviews.
