Apprenticeship level: Intermediate

Apprenticeship duration: 12 months

Possible start date: 27th Feb 2019

Working week: 8:00am - 4:30pm (30 minutes lunch). Total hours per week: 40

To assist the Office Manager and Branch Manager with the everyday running of our Depot.

Duties to include:

  • To help with the general running of the office
  • Answer the telephone
  • Learn how to use Synergist and CRM
  • Email
  • Filing
  • Scanning

Personal qualities:

  • Polite personality
  • Someone with a pleasant demeanour
  • Bags of enthusiasm

Desired qualifications:

  • GCSE A-D in maths & English or equivalent would be desirable but not essential
  • Driving licence would be desirable

Future prospects:

  • Progress to a permanent administrator position
