We are seeking a suitable candidate for the post of Lecturer in Criminology (0.5). The post holder will work on the Lancaster University validated FdA / BA (Hons) Criminology and Criminal Justice programme, situated in the School of Art and Society and will support students to develop holistically, linking theory to practice and practice to theory, in relation to their work placement or current place of employment.

With a strong awareness of contemporary developments within criminology and experience of contributing to learning, teaching and assessment (teaching or research related) you will demonstrate appropriate pedagogic practice in teaching, learning and assessment and support for students through the use of a wide range of learning resources and innovative practice. You will have a UK Honours Degree or NARIC recognised degree in a relevant discipline. You will also have a teaching qualification and a Postgraduate qualification at Level 7 in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional qualification or willing to work towards.
